FC Bunyodkor down FC Lokomotiv to earn a 2-0 win
Goals from Selim Nurmuradov and Shakhboz Erkinov have earned FC Bunyodkor a 2-0 victory over FC Lokomotiv in Thursday’s Uzbek League fixture.
After a relatively quiet opening, Selim Nurmuradov trumped Ignatiy Nesterov’s net from a long-range in the 19th minute at the Bunyodkor Stadium.
Both teams wasted opportunities in an entertaining encounter before Shakhboz Erkinov doubled the lead for the hosts to secure an important three points.
