Uzbekistan's judokas earn eight medals at the Asian Cadet and Junior Judo Championships

Beirut is hosting the Asian Cadet and Junior Judo Сhampionships. The first day of the tournament was successful for Uzbekistan’s athletes.

In Boy’s division, Boburmirso Sharifjonov became the winner having won all the rivals at the weight category up to 50 kg.

Maksud Ochilov (-55kg) and Jaikhunbek Nazarov (-66kg) were awarded silver medal, while their compatriot Tekron Erkinov won bronze medal (-60kg).

In Girl’s division, Nilufar Ermagambetova (-52kg) and Sita Kadamboeva (-48kg) claimed gold medals, while Halima Kurbonova (-44kg) gained a silver medal and Fotimahon Tursunboeva (-40kg) finished her participation with a bronze medal.
