Athletes of the National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan recorded a historic result at the World Championship

In the competition, which was attended by more than a thousand para athletes from 103 countries of the world, the national team of Uzbekistan collected 7 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals, a total of 13 medals and took the 3rd place, leaving behind the countries. It should be noted that this is happening for the first time in the history of the Paralympics of Uzbekistan. For comparison, our national team took 10th and 9th place in the previous 2 world championships.

In addition, Nurkhan Gurbanova and Asila Mirzayorova managed to break world records in their fields.
