Azizbek Abdugafurov to go back in action in February

Azizbek Abdugafurov (13-0, 5 KOs), who is undefeated in the super middleweight category of professional boxing, will take on his next fight on February 28. This was reported by the boxer's manager.

Azizbek Abdugafurov won the WBC Silver belt in 2018, defeating Dmitry Chudinov. Abdugafurov, a former member of the British promotional company Queensberry, is now a free agent and he plans to sign a contract with Vladimir Promotions.

" Aziz had risen to No. 2 in the WBC rankings. But we couldn't keep that position with the promotion Queensberry. So we want to expire the contract and try again for the WBC championship belt." said manager Vikram Shwapragasam.
