Bekzod Turaboev won a silver medal at the World Judo Championships among veterans

Uzbek wrestler Behzod Turaboev (-90 kg) became the silver medalist at the World Judo Championships in Lisbon, the press service of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic reports.

In the final fight, the judoka fought with the Portuguese Bruno Silva and defeated him. Earlier, Turaboev beat Spaniard Alvarez, Brazilian Barbosa and Ukrainian Kalchenko.

Thus, the piggy bank of the Uzbek national judo team among veterans was replenished with another silver medal.
