Judo. Having defeated the Olympic champion in 40 seconds, Keldiyarova became the winner of the Grand Slam tournament in Tbilisi!

The first day of the “Grand Slam” judo tournament, which takes place in Tbilisi (Georgia), turned out well for the Uzbek national team. The winner of the competition was our compatriot Diera Keldierova, who defeated all her rivals in the -52 kg weight category.

The Samarkand judoka, who completed all competitions ahead of schedule, did not spend much time fighting for the championship even in the final. Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion Ilya Krasnichi gave up in just 40 seconds.

This is Kildiyarova's fourth gold medal at the Grand Slam tournaments. Thanks to this victory, she adds to her score 1000 points in the world ranking and 500 points on the way to Paris 2024.
