37-year-old forward Marat Bikmaev left FC Dinamo and returned to his respected club FC Lokomotiv.

Last year, in the first round, he played in 10 games for FC Sogdiana and did not score a goal. In FC Dinamo he managed to score 8 goals in 11 matches. But the Samarkands club left the Super League anyway. Nevertheless, Bikmaev will also play the 2023 championship in the pro league. Not in FC Dinamo, but in FC Lokomotiv.

About his performance in FC Dinamo

- First of all, my contract with FC Dinamo has ended. Secondly, my relationship with Vadim Abramov is not very good. There are reasons for this, but I will not tell. Honestly, I can't go out with him. That's why I decided to leave the club. Generally speaking, everything was good at the club, and the game practice was also good. The team was united. Leaders have nothing to say. The organization was good. Only then we lacked a good coach. But I think I spent half a year well. Because I scored 8 goals in the second round. It was a great stage for me in FC Dinamo. So, I don't regret going there. My work in FC Dinamo left memories that will last a lifetime.

How did his return to FC Lokomotiv happen?

- As for the reason why I moved to FC Lokomotiv, this is not a pro-league team. Last year, the club had a very poor result. I want to go back to my former team and help them and contribute to the club's return to the Super League. This is my dear team. I am happy to return to FC Lokomotiv. Everyone here knows me, and I know everyone. The interior is good. FC Lokomotiv has a lot of young, talented guys. The main thing is that I want the team to return to the Super League. This is our main goal. I will try my best.

Bikmaev for the first time in the pro league...

- I have no problem playing in the pro league. Good championship there too. Only the pro league is slightly different from the Super League. I don't think I'm going to play in the pro league. The important thing is that I help FC Lokomotiv. I am very interested in this. I hope that we will return to the Super League after showing good matches in the Pro League. Whether FC Lokomotiv is in the Pro League or the Super League, I still love the club from the bottom of my heart. True, now the team is not in place. We want to return the club to the ranks of the strong, giving it all we can.

Is this the last club in his career?

- Everyone is talking about when I will finish. I don't want to end my career yet. If I'm lucky, if I stay injury-free, I'll play in the Super League next year. Everything is from God. I will try my best. We will not stop working.

About his return to top scoring level in Samarkand

- I had a lot of time to play in FC Dinamo, I had enough practice. Any striker can score goals if he has a lot of practice. I think this is the first reason. Secondly, we never looked at it indifferently when the team was in last place. For example, where I played, we would never finish last. We always fought for the championship. That's why in Samarkand, we always said that we should encourage and win the boys, it's not our place. Anyway, I love football!
