Shahjahan Ergashev's former rival lost the championship belt

A few minutes ago, a professional boxing night was organized in Manati, Puerto Rico. On it, the representative of the hosts, IBF heavyweight champion (63.5 kg) Sabriel Mathias held a defensive fight against Australian Liam Paro.   The fight was interesting and fierce. In a fight that lasted exactly 12 rounds, there was a slight sensation. Because Mathias, who was considered the favorite and entered the ring at home, lost by decision of the judges with a score of 116-111, 115-112, 115-112, and also accepted his first defeat in his career. To date, Mathias has fought 20 fights and won all by knockout. Paro, however, recorded his 24th career victory and remains undefeated, which is equivalent to winning the championship belt.
