Oliy Liga. FC Lokomotiv register a 3-1 win over FC Obod

The defending champions FC Lokomotiv won their Oliy Liga match as they travelled to the relegation-threatening FC Obod in Matchweek 23.

The Railwaymen took an early lead through Sardor Mirzaev after 27 minutes in at the TTYMI Stadium as they went to the break with a 1-0 advantage. Marat Bikmaev increased his Oliy Liga tally with the 50-minute strike, before Sanjar Shoakhmedov’s goal made sure of a victory for FC Lokomotiv 4 minutes to complete.

Alisher Mirzaev earned a goal for his side in the late minutes, but it wasn’t helpful that FC Obod extended their unsuccessful campaign in Oliy Liga.
