Uzbek duo earned 2018 Tashkent Challenger doubles title

Uzbek duo struggled with Italian Federico Gaio and Spaniard Enrique López Pérez in final match after they beat Swiss Luca Margaroli and Austrian Tristan-Samuel Weissborn in semifinals.

Fayziev and Karimov started the final with an advantage by winning the first set, but they lost the second in the tie-break. However, Uzbek players picked up a victory the following a 11-9 score in the third set.
