Uzbekistan Paralympic Games took place on November 17th and 18th in Tashkent city

In Tashkent city, Uzbekistan Paralympic Games took place on 17th and 18th November in order to prepare and train athletes for the upcoming The 2018 Asian Para Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Also, Uzbekistan Paralympic Games was organized in terms of selection of athletes with disability from different regions who can be members of the national team.

During the tournament, more than 100 Judo players including males (-60 kg, -66 kg, -73 kg, -81 kg, -90 kg, -100 kg, +100 kg) and females (-48 kg, -52 kg, -56 kg, -63 kg, -70 kg, +78 kg) representing different regions under took part into this event held in Uzbekistan Paralympic Center.

Similarly, a part of athletics, track and field were organized including running to 60m, 400m and 800m, jumping, and throwing among 60 Paralympic athletes to identify the winners in The College of Olympic Reserves in Tashkent.

Finally, more than 20 swimmers participated in the games to get the winning with events in Freestyle, Butterfly, Backstroke and Breaststroke in swimming pools of the Republican Specialized Center for Water Sports Development.
