"Nasaf", "Navbahor", "Neftchi" and 5 other clubs will be punished

UzPFL punishes 8 Superliga clubs for superficial treatment of regulations. This was reported by the PFL press service.

According to Clause 10.18 of the "Super League and Pro League Regulations", the Super League club must use a device that allows remote monitoring of the player's functional status during official matches and submit a report on this to the UFA.

For any self-respecting coach, using such a device has become commonplace. However, due to the fact that Uzbek experts are looking at this issue superficially, the League was forced to include it in the regulations in cooperation with the association. The report is also important for the experts working in the UFA national teams to analyze the condition of the players. However, during the 2023 season, the coaches of the national team faced difficulties in this regard.

The reason is that 8 clubs of the Super League had a superficial attitude to this issue. In particular, OKMK and "Nasaf" clubs do not have such a device. Analysts working in "Bunyodkor", "Navbahor", "Metallurg", "Bukhara", "Neftchi" clubs did not submit a report to UFA experts. In the case of "Andijan", there is only a report of the first round of matches, since the second round, the fulfillment of the requirements of the regulations has stopped.

Decree No. PF-5887 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 4, 2019 "On measures to take the development of football to a completely new level in Uzbekistan" in order to further develop the activities of professional football clubs, to establish innovative laboratories in them, including devices for remote monitoring of the physical fitness of players and attention is paid to the provision of modern simulation equipment. Based on this, UFA gave each club of the Super League 36 pieces of equipment owned by the Korean company Fittogether free of charge for use in the 2021 and 2022 seasons. But even after that, the fact that some clubs do not operate on the basis of modern requirements does not provide a full opportunity to analyze the condition of players, their monthly and annual changes, increases or decreases.

Due to the fact that the football clubs have been indifferent to the requirements of the regulation throughout the season, as well as the official objection of the UEFA, the case will be transferred to the appropriate committee. If a football club formally submits an existing report to UFA before the committee's meeting, the sanction will be relatively mild.
