Igor Sergeev-Pakhtakor

Uzbek international Igor Sergeev has spent the majority of his career with Pakhtakor, appearing in the AFC Champions League on numerous occasions; however, the 2020 campaign was the first time he had been part of a team that reached the knockout rounds – and he more than played his part along the way.

The Tashkent native's most notable moment came back in February on Matchday Two when he scored his side's opening two goals in a 3-0 victory over Iranian team Shahr Khodro. Sergeev, who appeared in all six of Pakhtakor's matches, boasted the second-best shooting accuracy in the West and also created a further two chances for his teammates.
