2020 Tokyo Olympics medallists to be awarded Chevrolet Tahoe and Trailblazer

Ulugbek Rashitov wins the historic taekwondo medal for Uzbekistan and Akbar Juraev won gold, set Olympic records in men’s 109 kg before Bakhodir Jalolov defeated Richard Torrez Jr. of the United States for Super-Heavyweight gold medal in Tokyo.

Uzbek judoka Davlat Bobonov knocked off Sherazadishvili en route to a bronze medal win, while Bekzod Abdurakhmonov finally added an Olympic medal to his collection after eliminating Daniyar Kaisanov.

Today, the Uzbekistan delegation will arrive in Tashkent International Airport via charter flight directly from Tokyo. Uzbek athletes will receive a heroic welcome from the officials, family and a sea of fans as Tokyo Olympics medalists will be awarded the Chevrolet-branded premium cars Tahoe and Trailblazer.
