Davis Cup 2017. Uzbekistan has secured a victory over Korea Republic in men's doubles

The Uzbekistan Tennis team started in the World Group Play-offs of the Davis Cup 2017 on Friday. They faced off the Korea Republic in the early stage of 106th edition of a tournament between national teams in men's tennis. 

Denis Istomin delighted the all the Uzbek people with a stunning victory over Korean Duck Hee Lee in the opening game of the match in men's singles. He began the game with a first set defeat before he finished the next three sets with success came from behind.

However, second Uzbek tennis player lost to another Korean Hyeon Chung in five sets with the score of 4-6, 4-6, 7-6, 6-4, 0-6 in men's singles.

Today Denis Istomin and Sanjar Fayziev teamed up for the Uzbekistan doubles outfit as they took the lead after the secured a victory over Korean pairs Hyeon Chung and Yong-Kyu Lim in men's doubles. Uzbekistan side held the winning result over Korean tennis players delivering 6-3, 6-7, 6-7, 7-5, 6-4 victory in today's doubles.
