Egor Krimets ordered to pay a fine for holding the opponent in Japan clash

The 26-year-old defender was cautioned by the referee for holding an opponent in Japan vs. Uzbekistan match in AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019 on 17 January 2019.

So far, Krimets was also fined for an amount of USD5,000 in accordance with Article 4.1.4 of Circular 22 of the AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019. He was expelled by the referee for denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the Player’s goal by an offence punishable by a free kick or a penalty kick in Oman clash in the first matchday on 9 January 2019.
