Uzbekistan’s Elbek Sultonov wins his first Paralympic medal

Uzbekistan’s Elbek Sultonov earned a bronze medal in Men’s Shot Put F12 at the Olympic Stadium.

Elbek Sultonov won his first-ever Paralympics medal following the gold and bronze medals in the Asian and World Championships.

Kim Lopez Gonzalez of Spain recorded a gold medal, with a new world record of 17.04  metres while Ukraine's Roman Danyliuk won the silver medal.
