Al-Saiari and Callejón have secured a 3-0 victory for Ettifaq FC over FC Pakhtakor

FC Pakhtakor received a 3-0 defeat from Saudi Professional Football League club Ettifaq FC in their friendly match at the Green Park Stadium on Friday, reports club’s media department.

The Lions were beaten for the first time under the coaching of Georgian head coach Shota Arveladze after they shocked Uzbekistan First League club FC Lokomotiv-BFK and Azeri Premier League club FC Sabail in the previous trial matches.

It took until shortly after the hour mark for Ettifaq FC to break the deadlock when Mohammed Al-Saiari opened his account for the club with a crisp finish before the 30-year-old midfielder Juanmi Callejón netted twice in a dominant second-half showing from his side.
