Uzbekistan's athletes take part in World Karate 1 Premier League, Paris

Uzbekistan’s Doston Otabolaev, Sadriddin Saymatov and Bahriniso Babaeva took part in the first round of World Karate 1 Premier League games in Paris slated for January 26-28.

The Paris tournament is the first of the seven-round international games. Rotterdam, Netherlands; Dubai, the UAE; Rabat, Morocco; Istanbul, Turkey; Berlin, Germany; and Tokyo, Japan are to host next rounds of the games up to the end of 2018.

Sadriddin Saymatov claimed bronze medal in -60kg category as he kept his place in the world ranking and earned 475 points, which will be considered for the Olympics quota.
