Asian Cup U-23. The head coaches of Australia and Kuwait have expressed their opinions ahead of today's match

The Asian Cup among players under 23 starts today. The teams of Australia and Kuwait, who took places in group B, will play each other at 18:00.

Before this match, the head coaches of the two teams expressed their opinion.

Trevor Morgan (Head coach of the Australian national Under-23 team):

"We are glad that we are here. I hope that we will focus on the first game and continue to improve until the next games.

For the first time in Uzbekistan. We were well received here. We visited Tashkent a little. It was good for us. The reason is that it was important for us to get to Karshi faster in order to prepare."

Abdul Aziz Hamadeh (Head coach of the U - 23 national team of Kuwait ):

"All the other guys, except for our 9 main players, are still young. But that can't be an excuse.

We came to Uzbekistan to show good and high-quality football. This is what we have to teach the guys.

I have studied all the teams and I know that the opponents in our group are tough. The Australian style of play is different from the West Asian national teams.

Their football is close to the European style. The team consists of physically strong and organized players. But I think our team is ready to play against such opponents."
