Hector Cuper: If we face Cannavaro's China? Of course, we'll try to beat them

Ahead of the Uruguay clash, White Wolves’ head coach Hector Cuper attended the press conference on Wednesday.

"We are grateful to participate in this edition of China Cup, which is a quite good tournament to play against world-class strong teams. These matches will be a part of our preparation plan for the upcoming 2022 World Cup Qualification Round. However, we could not organise training sessions ahead of this competition except yesterday’s training sessions. But we will do our best to play a great football."

Of course, our main goal is to qualify for the 2022 World Cup, but it cannot be a reason to not earn the 2019 China Cup title beating our opponents."
