Shomurodov may move to another Italian club

Eldor Shomurodov, who has been playing in Italy since 2020, may change his club this summer. But this time it seems that the striker will be on loan. Earlier, Roma tried to sell him.

Italian insider Nicolo Schira reports that Verona are interested in taking him on loan. The Italian club wants part of the player's salary to be paid by Roma. If the parties reach an agreement, Shomurodov will go to Verona. He knows that he is not part of Daniele de Rossi's plans.

For Shomurodov, this will be the 5th club during his career in Italy. Before that, he played for Genoa, Roma, Spezia and Cagliari. The 29-year-old player's contract with Roma is valid until 2026.
