Asian Kurash Confederation’s Executive Committee and Standing Committee members were elected

The Extraordinary Congress of Asian Kurash Confederation was held in Dubai, UAE on January 4.

All 25 National Kurash Association attended the extraordinary congress set to discuss several activities including the development of Kurash in Asia and the preparation of 2018 Indonesia Asian Games.

The main item on the agenda of the meeting was related to the election of the new President of the KCA.

Accordingly, Asian Kurash Confederation’s Executive Committee members were elected for the period of four years.

Technical Director – Reza Nassiri Nejad (I.R. Iran)

Director of Equality in Sport – Tasni Vargez (India)

Director on Peace through Sport - Han Tang Chang (Chinese Taipei)

As well, the Extraordinary Congress members unanimously elected AKC’s Standing Committee members.
