Central Asia Wushu Championship is being held in Tashkent

Tashkent is hosting one of the most important Wushu championship, Central Asia Championship in Universal Sports Complex.

Athletes from Central Asian countries are competing in the route of gold medals in the championship starting from December 22.

Additionally, it was a successful season for Uzbekistan Wushu team in international tournaments. Particularly, Uzbekistan’s Maksud Bakhodirov and Nodir Khasanov gained bronze medals in World Wushu Taolu Championship 2016 took place in China. Similarly, Darya Latisheva became the champion of the World Junior Wushu Championship in Bulgaria.
