Uzbekistan have ensured a 2-0 victory over Thailand ahead of Iran clash

Uzbekistan have earned a 2-0 victory over Thailand in a friendly match ahead of the Asian Qualifiers match against Iran in Tehran on June 12.

In the first period, both teams tried to have a ball possessions as they have some chances to open the score, but the sides went into the break with a 0-0 draw. After the second half kick-off, it was the Uzbek side who boosted the attacks and managed to break the deadlock through Temurkhuja Abdukholikov in the 66th minute of the game.

Sardor Rashidov doubled the scoring from a long-range shot in the injury time by ensuring a victory for Uzbekistan this evening.
