We rely on Repost.uz news. It relates to the overhaul of the Pakhtakor stadium and the appointment of a new head coach of the People's Team. The information was received from the chairman of FC “Pakhtakor” Jahangshir Artykhodzhaev.

The reconstruction of Tashkent's Pakhtakor stadium will begin in spring 2025. As Artykhodzhaev noted, the stadium will meet all FIFA standards.

Also during the press conference, it became known that Tashkent's Pakhtakor will be headed by Portuguese specialist Pedro Moreira. He signed a one-year contract with an option to extend it for another year. Moreira was tasked to win the championship of Uzbekistan.

He replaced Maxim Shatskikh as head coach, who will continue to work in the structure of the club as an advisor.
