3 Stadium contenders to receive Uzbekistan Cup final

It became known that three stadiums are competing to receive the Uzbekistan Cup final this year. This is reported by the press service of Uzpfl.

"The league will be clarifying the name of the stadiums that will host the Cup finals from 2020 through transparent lots. Thus, Namangan (2020), Samarkand (2021), Bukhara (2022), Qarshi (2023) received finals respectively.

For the 2024 season, the league will provide three stadiums with such opportunities: Istiqlol, Babur arena and Olmaliq. These stadiums have improved lighting, irrigation, drainage systems as required by the League last season, the field grass has been changed.

A draw was announced for the group stage of the Uzbekistan Cup on 21 March. The name of the stadium that will host the Cup final will also be clarified during the process, which will be carried live on Sport-TV. The final is scheduled to take place on October 5," the report said.
