FC Pakhtakor secure a 2-1 win over FC Kizilkum

FC Pakhtakor secured a 2-1 victory in their Uzbekistan Super League match against FC Kizilkum at the Pakhtakor Stadium this evening.

Brazilian Tiago Bezerra led Shota Arveladze’s side in front after he broke the deadlock in the 34th minute of the game.

Vadim Agishev pointed to the 12-yard penalty spot in hosts’ box 17 minutes after the kick off and Nemanja Jovanovic made no mistake levelling the scoring.

However, match referee didn’t hesitate to award FC Pakhtakor with a penalty-kick, while Ebrahim Gonsalves returned the lead for his side 14 minutes to complete.
