FC Pakhtakor players and coaching staff tested negative for COVID-19

Measures taken in preparation for the return of matches have included COVID-19 tests at multiple clubs, as well as an online video conference between the medical officers of clubs in the league.

FC Pakhtakor players, coaching and administration staff as well as reserve team side were tested for COVID-19 on Thursday and all the results were negative, reports club’s media department.

The 14-team league will resume on June 13, with a full, 26-round fixture to play after matches were halted in mid-March with FC Pakhtakor and FC Nasaf both atop the table with three wins each.
