AFC Cup-2022.

The baskets for the draw of this tournament have also been officially published.

But in the case of the "Center" zone, the draw will be a formality. We explain why.

1) In the first basket there is a representative of Uzbekistan (it will be "Nasaf" or "Sogdiana") and the second team of Tajikistan "Khujand". That is, they are already in different groups.

3) So, the third team of Tajikistan CSKA from the third basket will definitely play against the team from Uzbekistan (in order not to meet in the group with their countryman "Khujand"), and the Turkmen "Kopetdag" will go to the group to "Khujand".

2) Now we look at the basket-2: the Turkmen "Altyn Asyr" will definitely be sent to the group with the representative of Uzbekistan and the Tajik CSKA, so as not to be a rival in the group to his own "Kopetdag". Consequently, the Kyrgyz "Dordoi" from the same basket goes to the group of "Khujand" and "Kopetdag".

4) Well, naturally, FC Neftchi will complement the group where there is already a representative of Uzbekistan, CSKA and Altyn Asyr, since their Kyrgyz countryman, Dordoi, is already in the other group.

As we noted earlier, there will be 4 teams in our AFC Cup group, and 3 in the other. It is we who find ourselves seventh-superfluous here (!), although we are rated higher.

And you also noticed that we changed the order of paragraphs 3 and 2: this is not a mistake, but it was done specifically in accordance with the descriptions of the commands and the numbers of the baskets from which they are. It's just that it was really easier to deal with everyone in this order, so the third ones are ahead of the second ones.
