The national team of Uzbekistan in sports and combat sambo has started training cam

The Sambo Association of Uzbekistan is organizing training camps for sports and combat sambo teams in the Charvak mountainous of Tashkent region. The training camp started on August 7 and will last until August 21 under the leadership of head coach Roman Shakirov, Jahongir Karabaev and womenʼs Ekaterina Bliznetsova. A number of well-known sambo masters are also taking part in this preparatory stage. In particular, world champions Istam Kudratov, Hakim Ismoilov, Zafar Khudoyberganov, Furkat Ruziev, Davlat Hamraev, Nemat Yakubov, Hojiakbar Yuldashev should be mentioned.

Coach Jahongir Karabaev told our website that the training camp was organized on the initiative of Alisher Alimov, head of the Sambo Association of Uzbekistan.
