FC Nasaf received the first defeat in Uzbekistan Super League as they travelled to FC Sogdiana in the ninth matchday on Monday.

Igor Golban scored a goal into his own net giving the lead to the rivals in the 61st minute of the game. A goal from Sahob Rashidov doubled the scoring for FC Sogdiana before Aziz Ganiev halved the deficit through penalty kick three minutes to the final whistle.

FC Nasaf had a few chances to level the scoring in the second period injury time, but FC Sogdiana managed to keep the score remained and bagged all three points at the Sogdiana Stadium.
