About the star who did not go to the London Olympics due to injury

If it wasn't for the environment in the family, the correct upbringing of his parents, and the enthusiasm of his brothers for sports, Avazbek would not have become an athlete, would he not have achieved such significant results? Avazbek Korganov is admired by many people today. Let’s start everything from beginning. He was born in 1988 in the city of Shymkent

Avaz's brothers, Alisher and Anwar, attended judo training, took part in large and small competitions and won medals. For this reason, the young Avazbekbecame interested in judo, and before entering school, he went to the sports complex "Kimyogar" in the city of Chirchik. He quickly started training in the judo section of "Kimyogar" under his first teachers, experienced coaches Viktor Galkin and AndreyShturbabin. Realizing the talent of Avazbek, his coaches decided to try him in competitions. First, victories were won in the city, then in the regional championships. The young judo athlete began to participate in national competitions. For the first time, in 1999, he took part in the 45 kg weight category at the Uzbek Championship among teenagers in the city of Karshi and won a gold medal.

While he was continuing training with the dreams of a world after having collected enough points for the "London-2012" Olympic Games, an accidently injured back turned the dream of Avazbek to participate in the most prestigious competition into a dream. However, our hero did not withdraw from sports. After recovering from his injury, he returned to sports. He returned not as an athlete, but as a judo coach.
Having studied at the State University of Physical Education and Sports of Uzbekistan under the guidance of mature specialists such as Arslon Elov and Shuhrat Arslanov, Awazbek, who has a higher education coach's diploma, coached at the Sergeli district sports school for a while.
