Uzbek fighters win 29 medals in Turkey

The first world championship among Turkic countries was held in Istanbul on August 14-18. About 500 athletes from 11 countries took part in this tournament.

The delegation of Uzbekistan won 6 gold, 10 silver and 13 bronze medals in the tournament and thus took second place in the overall team standings.
